Meet Mary Ruth

 

Mary Ruth was born to Ruth and Ralph in 1942, in Texas.

Mary Ruth taught elementary school for 30 years.  She taught elementary, special ed, high school, and dance team.  

Mary Ruth likes to read, spend time with friends, play games, and travel.

Mary Ruth is the oldest of two daughters.

Mary Ruth married Buck in 1964.  They have been married for over 50 years.  It is a choice they made and continue to make each day.  

In 1967, Mary Ruth had her first child, Sherry.

In 1976, Mary Ruth had her second child, Lisa.

In 1994, Taylor, Mary Ruth's first granddaughter was born to Sherry.

In 1995, Mary Ruth's first grandson, Trent,  was born to Sherry.  Mary Ruth was a great cheerleader for Trent when he  play football in junior high, high school, and college.  

In 1998, Mary Ruth's third grandchild, Trevor, was born too Sherry.  Mary Ruth and Trevor like to play card games together.

In 2000, Mary Ruth's 4th grandchild, Tatum,  was born to Sherry.  Tatum and Mary Ruth both like to shop.  

Mary Ruth has been on many trips and to Disney World several times with Sherry's family.  She has been on a few cruises, too.  Mary Ruth loves to travel.

Ethan was Mary Ruth's first grandson from Lisa.  

Austin is Mary Ruth's second grandson from Lisa. 

Lisa had Lauren, Mary Ruth's last grandchild.  Mary Ruth watched all of Lisa's kids play soccer.  She is very supportive of her grandkids. 

In 2015, Mary Ruth's first great granddaughter, Blair, was born to Taylor.  Blair and Mary Ruth talk almost daily through FaceTime.  They are very close.

We love our second generation of first born daughters!
