The Story of our Six Generations of First Born Daughters

Our story begins with Lavona. 

Lavona was born in 1899,  in Kansas.  

She was the oldest of 11 children, born  to a second generation German mother and a French father who immigrated from France as a child..  

In 1921 in Kansas, Lavona had Ruth, who is now our oldest living first born daughter.  

Ruth  was the oldest of three children.

Ruth's daughter, Mary Ruth, was born in 1942, in Texas. 


 She is the oldest of Ruth's two daughters.   Three Generations:  Lavona, Ruth, Mary Ruth and Betty Jo.

Mary Ruth's daughter, Sherry, was born in 1967, in Texas. Four Generations:  Lavona, Ruth, Mary Ruth, and Sherry. 

Sherry is, also, the oldest of two daughters. Lisa, Ruth, Lavona, Sherry, Ralph, Buck, and Mary Ruth in 1982.

Sherry's daughter, Taylor,  was born in 1994, in Texas.  

Taylor is the oldest of 4 children.   

First Five Generation Picture:   Lavona (94), Ruth (74), Mary Ruth (52), Sherry (26), and Taylor  (5m).

Our youngest first born daughter is Blair Ella.  She was born in 2015, in Texas.

Ruth and her great great granddaughter, Blair in 2021.  There are 94 years between the oldest and youngest living generations.  

We love each of our generations!
